OUR HISTORY

Our Legacy

For more than three decades, Legacy Athletics has helped shape cheerleading in Northeast Arkansas.

Our story began in 1991, when Curtis Carter brought a vision for high-level cheerleading instruction to the region. In 2004, that vision grew into Cheers Unlimited, Inc., built on a commitment to raise the standard of excellence — not only locally, but on the national stage.

Today, as Legacy Athletics, that mission continues.

We are committed to developing more than strong athletes. Through high-quality instruction, experienced coaching, and a positive yet challenging environment, we help athletes build skill, confidence, discipline, resilience, and a lasting passion for their sport.

Legacy Athletics is also proud to be home to the nationally recognized Legacy All-Stars. Their accomplishments represent decades of dedication, growth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

We honor where we came from while continuing to push forward, strengthen our programs, and create opportunities for the next generation of athletes.

OUR FACILITY

Our state-of-the-art facility provides a safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment where athletes can learn, grow, and develop a true love for cheerleading. With experienced, knowledgeable coaches and quality instruction, we focus on building strong fundamentals while keeping training challenging, positive, and fun.

Whether your athlete is brand new to cheer or ready to take their skills to the next level, our coaches meet them where they are and help them grow in confidence, technique, strength, and performance.
